attendance

Attendance will be monitored each month. We encourage consistent attendance as this promotes a strong work ethic and will give each dancer the best results in regards to training.

DROPPING CLASSES

You must pay for a minimum of two months for all lessons.  A 30-day notice must be given before discontinuing any class. If a dancer is outside of the 30-day drop time he/she will still be charged the full month’s tuition. The notice to withdraw from a class must be submitted in person (by the parent/guardian); no phoned-in withdrawals will be accepted.  No withdrawals will be accepted within 3 months of the end of session performance date.  No refunds will be given for costumes after they are ordered.  Passé' Dance Center, LLC reserves the right to terminate lessons to any student without prior notice.  In such cases, a refund of unused lessons will be given.

STUDENT DROP OFF/PICKUP

Dancers cannot be dropped off more than 5 minutes before the start of class. You must also exit or pick your child up within 5 minutes of class being dismissed. Parents of dancers 6 years and younger are welcome in the studio for the duration of their child's class. Parents of dancers 7 years and older will not be permitted in the studio at this time.
We do have a specific traffic pattern for the parking lot. Cars should always enter by veering right when entering the parking lot. To exit you must drive through the gravel driveway that separates the two parking lots just to the left of the building. You will then exit from the dentist office parking lot. This will create a one way loop and makes for an easier exit for everyone. You may park in the dentist parking lot Tuesday after 7pm and Wednesday- Thursday.
Thank you for understanding that our drop-off and pick-up policy is to ensure the safety of our dancers and faculty.

PARENT Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the parent or adult student to keep up-to-date on all studio activities.  The studio will email all important event information and post it on the website.  Please take time to check your email and our website at least once a week.  Notify the studio of all health conditions that could impair the student's ability to perform or limit their activity.  Please inform the studio of address and phone number changes. You must pay class tuition, costume deposits and all other fees on time. 

BALLET

JAZZ

Tights and Leotard of any solid color. Students may add shorts or tank tops (green, black, gray, white). Hair pulled away from the face in a ponytail or bun.
Black jazz shoes

TAP

Tights and Leotard of any solid color. Students may add shorts or tank tops (green, black, gray, white). Hair pulled away from the face in a ponytail or bun.
Black tap shoes

HIP HOP

T-shirt or tank top, sweatpants, leggings, or shorts.
Use a clean pair of tennis shoes until further notice. Please do not wear these shoes outside.

RECREATIONAL AGES 7-18

Lyrical/BALLET

Black leggings, spandex shorts, or tights with a leotard. Black, gray, green, or white tank top/spandex t-shirt. Hair pulled away from the face in a ponytail or bun.
Ballet shoes ages 7-8. Barefeet or lyrical shoes ages 9-18.

JAZZ

Below is our recreational monthly tuition:
1 class: $37
2 classes: $68
3 classes: $94
4 classes: $125

• A registration fee of $25 per family is due at the time of registration.

• Tuition is due on the 1st of every month. If payment is not received by the 5th, a $10 late fee is added to the account. 

• Passé Dance Center will accept payments via credit card, cash, or check.

• There will be no refunds for missed classes.
