Classroom Policies
Each dancer will enter the classroom from door number 1. Dancers will no longer use the lobby entrance. Please observe social distancing when waiting in line to enter. Your teacher will open the door and initiate the entrance process.
Parents will not be permitted in the building, but may watch through the window in the parking lot.
Upon entering, dancers will sanitize their hands, and temperatures will be taken. If you are experiencing symptoms of any illness, STAY HOME. Dancers will not be required to wear facial coverings, but your dancer may wear one if they choose.
Dancers will need to remove their street shoes at the door upon entering.
Each dancer will have a marked spot on the perimeter of the classroom where they will store their bag/shoes/water. Each designated spot allows the dancers to observe the 6-foot social distancing rule. Please only bring what is necessary for class.
Dancers will also have a designated spot on the dance floor 6 feet apart from each other. Please speak with your child about social distancing practices such as no high fives, hugs, sharing of water, etc. We have allowed enough space to accommodate a certain amount of dancers, and class sizes will be limited. Students will not be permitted to walk between classrooms, roam the studio, or be in the lobby unless they need to use the restroom.
There will be no food allowed in the studio, and dancers need to bring their own water.
When the class is over, dancers will sanitize one more time, change back into their street shoes at the door, and exit one at a time.
You will need to be on time for pick up and drop off. Dancers are not permitted in the lobby, and we do not want dancers in the parking lot waiting for rides. Please use the proper traffic pattern for drop off and pick up.
The studio will be properly cleaned every night after the dancers have left.
